With a background in Aerospace Engineering Timo did his flight training with the European Flight Academy in 2018 and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Engineering Management. For him, a comfortable environment is the key to good candidate performance:

"For me, creating a welcoming and relaxed testing environment is an essential part of every assessment. When candidates feel comfortable, they can communicate more naturally and demonstrate their true level of proficiency. That is the atmosphere I aim to create in every Language Proficiency Test."

Benedict started his aviation career in 2018 with his flight training in Essen, Germany. He went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Business and Piloting and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Aviation and Logistics. For Benedict, a fair and professional assessment is about giving every candidate a genuine opportunity to demonstrate their abilities:
